About Toddlers By Jenna

Your roadmap through the toddler years

Toddlers are mercurial. Irrational, moody, fiercely independent one moment and clinging to your leg the next.

That's not a parenting failure. That's just what this age looks like.

I'm Jenna, and I help parents get through the toddler years with more confidence and a lot less guesswork.

You don't need to figure it out alone

Toddlerhood is one of the most demanding phases of parenting. Having expert guidance and a community of parents going through the same thing makes all the difference.

THE toddlers by jenna methodology
I call it respectful parenting, not gentle parenting. There's a difference.

Toddlers don't need parents who are soft pushovers. They need parents who are calm, confident, and clear. They need real boundaries held with warmth, not punishment, shame, or bribery, and not endless flexibility either.

Toddlers actually behave worse with too much freedom, because too much power is frightening for a child who isn't ready to hold it.

So my work is about giving you the why behind the behavior, the tantrums, the defiance, the constant testing, and the how: practical, doable strategies you can use in the moment, grounded in child development rather than trends or quick fixes.
Our Mission & Vision

Inspiring and Nurturing Every Child’s Growth

Toddlerhood is its own distinct, demanding, fascinating stage, not just a smaller version of babyhood and not yet the reasoning years of childhood. It deserves its own playbook.

I've spent my career building that playbook so parents don't have to figure it out alone, at 2am, mid-meltdown, googling "is this normal."

Every child deserves to be met with safety, respect, and patience, especially when they're behaving their worst.
Boundaries are a form of love, not control.
Tantrums aren't bad behavior. They're a toddler learning to handle an enormous new emotion.
There's no such thing as a perfect parent, only a present one.
Our Values

Values That Guide Every Toddler's Journey

Values-Icon-1
Safety First

Every child is protected and cared for.

Values-Icon-2
Respectful, Not Permissive

Calm, confident boundaries held with warmth, never punishment or shame.

Benefits-Right-Icon-2
Connection Over Control

Children learn empathy, cooperation, and trust through relationship, not compliance.

Values-Icon-3
Big Feelings, Welcomed

Tantrums and meltdowns are met with patience, not fear or fixing.

Values-Icon-4
Confidence & Independence

Toddlers develop self belief by being trusted to lead their own growth.

"Toddlers exist in the world in a completely different way than most parents expect. Once you understand what's happening for them developmentally, you can step into their wacky world and guide them through it with far greater ease."
